We proudly ship throughout South Africa using DPD Laser as our preferred courier partner.

Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery before signing for it.
- If there is visible damage to the packaging, note this on the courier's delivery receipt and notify us immediately.
Damaged Goods
Nova Living carefully inspects and packages every order before it leaves our warehouse.
While we use reputable courier services, Nova Living (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transit by the courier.
If you would like additional protection for your shipment, shipping insurance is available at the customer's own cost and must be arranged before dispatch.
Should your order arrive damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items to info@nova-living.co.za.
- We will gladly assist you in lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Nova Living cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Remote Areas
Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may require additional transit time and may incur extra courier charges.
Order Collection
At this time, all orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse. Collection is only available by prior arrangement.
